SimBiz is just as it sounds, a simulation of business.  Students will meet together monthly to simulate a real life business situation such as a board meeting, partnership negotiations, or marketing.  They will be faced with making decisions that could ultimately change the life of thousands of people.  And of course, business is not just done in a corporation, but also at the United Nations, courtrooms and at the table of a Paradise Bakery.  Other forms of simulations will be created to allow opportunities to practice leadership and entrepreneurship skills in their various facets.  At the end of each simulation, we will debrief those involved and decide how to use the experience in a real life situation.  Peter Drucker made this clear when he said, “Entrepreneurship is neither a science nor an art. It is a practice.”  Practice makes perfect.
